Register EarlyYou may join our classes at any time throughout the term, but early enrolment is encouraged, as class sizes are limited and many fill quickly. Enrolling well before classes begin ensures that your child's materials will be ready for you to receive at your first class. RefundsFees will be fully refunded if your first and second class times do not proceed due to insufficient enrolments. However, otherwise, refunds are not given, and in all instances, once taken, home materials are non-refundable. Classes missed, once attendance has commenced, may be made up at an alternate scheduled class day or time, by arrangement with the office, if a suitable time is avaialable. PaymentsBoth enrolment details and your payment are required before your child's place in a class can be assured. Please enrol early to avoid disappointment. Part semester enrolments are calculated pro-rata. If making payment by direct deposit, please include your child's first and surname in the description. BSB: 803078; Account #: 100063949. Payment in full with enrolment is appreciated. If you would like to divide your payment, your payment plan must be completed by week 4 of any program. Village - enrol by term $195 Our Time - enrol by semester $365 16 weeks over 2 terms $240/$120 Enrolment is calculated on the basis of the home materials & enrolment fee, plus $15 per class. Make-up ClassesIf you suddenly need to miss a class, please let the office know of your inability to attend. It may be possible for you to attend on an alternate day of the same week, if there is room. However, please do not attend at an alternate time without first booking your place. If you are able to nominate pre-planned absence dates at the time of enrolment, your fee will be calculated pro-rata. Otherwise, you may attend a makeup class at an alternate time, if there is room. If you feel you must withdraw from class for an extended period of time, perhaps you could consider asking a friend to take over your classes. Classes will be made up in the event of teacher absence. We will notify you of the cancellation and offer a make-up day. IllnessAlthough we are surrounded by viruses and other bugs all the time, we ask that you do not bring sick children (or adults) to class. Remember - you may arrange a make-up class and you have wonderful materials to use at home in the meantime. Bringing an infectious child to class invites the bug to spread right throughout our Kindermusik community. This is unfair to your child, the other children, parents and the teachers, who are endeavouring to stay well and keep your classes running. Non enrolled siblings/Other childrenNon-enrolled siblings under 7 months are welcome visitors, if content to remain in a stroller/basinet or other “safe” place at the rear of the class. Minimusik can not assure the safety of a non-enrolled younger child where this policy is not followed.It is ideal for a parent to bring only the enrolled child(ren) to class in order to give full attention to that child whilst participating in class. Emergency situations are considered, however, so please ask if a non-enrolled sibling must “tag along”. If you must bring two children to class, discuss with the office about enrolling as a family, at our special rate.For Imagine That! (when offered), non-enrolled siblings are welcome to join in with the class in the last 15 minutes with parent/s. If you wish to bring a friend's child or another family member, please do so, but let the office know ahead of time. Casual attendance fee is $15.
