Louise Mather                                                                                                                             B Teach (Early Childhood Ed); Licensed Kindermusik Educator; Mezzanine Level Maestro

Louise - a qualified Early Childhood Teacher - is a true specialist in our Village and Our Time age groups (newborn - 4 years). She has had over 10 years experience as a teacher and music educator and has 2 beautiful children of her own. Louise has a strong interest in music and believes passionately in the benefits it provides for a child's early development.

Louise began her Kindermusik journey as a Kindermusik parent, attending classes with her son Archie and daughter Ella, with Kylie Clift. Louise and her children loved coming along to their Kindermusik classes and being able to continue the fun of the program at home with the home materials. As an Early Childhood teacher, Louise could see Kindermusik's philosophy in action as it touched each area of her childrens' development. She was impressed with how Kindermusik aligned itself with the most current research in early childhood development.

With the encouragement of her Kindermusik teacher Sharlene Halbert, Louise became a licensed Kindermusik educator in 2007.

Louise went on to teach with Sharlene Halbert at 'The Complete Child and You', before taking over the Naremburn business as 'Minimusik', in July 2009. In 2010, Louise received a Mezzanine Maestro Award from Kindermusik International for her services to Kindermusik International.

Allison Schubert  Fully Licensed Kindermusik Educator & Business Owner

Allison, a private music educator and performing musician and singer herself for more than 25 years, was introduced to Kindermusik in 2002. She has thoroughly enjoyed teaching Kindermusik for the past 9 years and now specialises in providing early childhood learning and development programs, through music.

Late in 2010, Allison met with Louise, and a new direction was born for Minimusik. With Allison now as Director/Business Administrator, and Louise, fully released to her beloved teaching, the future of Minimusik promises an exciting and refreshing new era of fun and learning for the families of Sydney's Lower North Shore area.
